EOSETF consists of 13 mainnet tokens

EOSETF contains within itself 13 following bluechip EOS mainnet tokens: DAPP, VIG, IQ, OGX, BOX, EFX, DAD, OGX, NDX, PIZZA, CHEX, DFS and TPT.

As such by owning EOSETF token you can get exposure to many prominent EOS projects.

How is EOSETF created?

Through interface eosetf.io.

Anyone that has above mentioned 13 tokens can become AP (Authorized Participant) and create EOSETF.

Anyone having EOSETF can easily redeem underlying 13 tokens.

Creators of EOSETF will be issued CETF tokens.

What is the utility of CETF token?

  1. Fees generated by the fund will be distributed between CETF holders. That includes management fees, arbitrage and income generated from using the underlying tokens of the fund in various DeFi applications.
  2. CETF holders will be able to manage and ensure decentralized control of the funds. For example, decisions regarding which tokens should be included in EOSETF, and in which proportions will be decided by CETF holders via Consortium. CETF holders will be able to elect custodians (via DAC), who will be responsible for CETFs development. Elected custodians will have control over all the funds.

CETF distribution

100% of CETF tokens will be distributed to the creators of first 4615 EOSETF (≈25k USD).

Initially creation of 1 EOSETF will issue 65k CETF.

Issuance will halve every time additional 20m CETF are issued, until the total supply reaches 80m CETF. No more CETF will be issued, unless post ditribution, CETF token holders decide otherwise.

We, as creators of the first batch of EOSTF will allocate portion of the received CETF tokens to CETF Foundation to foster partnerships, incentivise custodians and liquidity providers.

Due to the initial CETF distribution, action to redeem tokens will be activated when distribution ends or on 30.04.2021 18:00 UTC (if distribution would not have ended by that time). Redemption fee is set at 5%.

Where is EOSETF is traded?

Currently there is a EOSETF/EOS pool on Defibox. If you create EOSETF please consider providing liquidity to the pool. After the distribution, pool will be created for the CETF token.

Is the code audited?

The code is not audited. Smart contract is publicly available on Github.
